By placing an order at whenigrowup.ink ("we", "us"), you agree to the following terms.

What we make

We use the photos and child's name you provide to generate a one-of-a-kind 25-page hardcover picture book, which we have printed on demand by Lulu and shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

Your photos

You confirm that you have the right to upload and use the photos you submit, and that the child pictured is your own child or a child for whom you are a parent or legal guardian. We use the photos solely to generate your book. We permanently delete the uploaded photos and the child's name from our systems once your book has shipped.

Generated illustrations

Each book is generated by an AI image model and is unique. Because the output is generative, the illustrations may not exactly match the child's appearance and may include minor stylistic inconsistencies. The book is intended as a keepsake, not a faithful portrait.

Payment and fulfillment

Orders are charged at checkout via Stripe. Generation typically completes within minutes; printing and shipping take 7–14 business days. Tracking is provided by email when your book ships.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
